1) How to order?
All our available products are displayed on our website. You can shop from website.
Most of our in-house designs are uploaded on our website and Instagram both. In case you don't find a particular product on the website, we request you to dm us on Instagram with the product picture to check the availability.

2) Do you provide your products for reselling or at wholesale price?
Sorry, we don't provide our products for reselling or at wholesale price.

3) Will the color of the jewelry fade or become black?
Yes, the color of jewelry would fade overtime with usage. We recommend you to store the jewelry in air tight boxes or bags after every use and please do avoid any contact with moisture and perfume.

4. Do you have any shop?
We don't have any offline outlet. We purely work as an online store. Currently, we are shipping from our warehouse in Jamshedpur.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally currently.

6. Through which courier you ship your orders?
We usually ship through Delhivery. In case, your pin code is not accepted by the above mentioned courier companies, then it will be shipped through Indian Post.
7. Within how many days will I get my order ?
We usually dispatch all the ready-to-dispatch items within 3 to 4 after receiving payment. In either case, if the product you have ordered needs to made, then it's likely to be dispatched within 5 days after payment.
Delivery is generally done within 7 days after payment if shipped through Ekart or Xpressbees. In case of Indian Post, please expect your order to be delivered within 10 days after shipping.

8. How do I track my order?
​
For orders placed on the website, a mail containing the tracking id and the link is sent to the provided customer’s mail id upon shipping. Order can be tracked through this mail, and also the estimated delivery date can be known.
If an order is placed on Instagram, tracking details will be inboxed to the customer’s Instagram id, through which the order was placed.

9. What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments through Google Pay, PayTm, Bank Transfer and UPI.
