Shipping and Delivery

We only ship within India, provided the given pin code is serviceable by our logistics partner. We usually ship through Delhivery Logistics and Xpressbees. Pincodes, which are unserviceable in Delhivery Logistics and Xpressbees, will be sent through Indian post.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Standard shipping: Dispatch within 4 business days

Express shipping: Dispatch within 1 business day

A single shipping charge is applicable for single or multiple products. Shipping is charged on the total cart value.

Issues related to the order delivery have to be reported by the customer within 10 days of delivery. No complaint after 10 days will be entertained.

The customer is responsible for giving the correct address, including the pin code, contact number, etc. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or contact number, etc., the customer will pay the shipping charge for resending the package. If the customer wants a refund for the returned order, then to and fro shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Standard delivery: 10-12 days after the order confirmation

Express delivery: 6-8 days after the order confirmation

However, in some cases which are beyond our control or the courier partner's, such as curfews, natural calamities, local disturbances, unexpected surges in orders during festivities, etc., delivery of the order may be delayed.

In case the parcel is marked as lost by the couriers, we will resend the same order (subject to the availability of stock) or refund the total amount as per the customer's choice.

Tracking details will be mailed or sent on WhatsApp number (if provided) once shipping is done. Kindly wait till the fourth day (standard shipping) and the second day (express shipping) after order confirmation. Please feel free to either DM or mail for further queries.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped out.
